Some of the top bullriders in the region will go head to head with some of the rankest bucking bulls in the industry as the American BullRiders Tour Nationals comes to Franklin at the Williamson County Ag. Expo Center Friday and Saturday.

The competition starts at 7:30 p.m. both nights with gates open at 5:30. Admission is $12 adults / $8 college students (with I.D.) / $8 Youth 8-15 / Free for children 7 & under

The Expo Center is a state-of-the-art, modern indoor facility with stadium seating, conveniently located just a short 15 minute drive from downtown Nashville.

A new National Champion will be crowned, along with a Finals Average Winner and the ABT Cowboys will vote on which bull will carry the honor of "Bucking Bull of the Year." Today's Bucking Bulls are as much a star in the arena as the cowboys who try to ride them. These powerful and athletic animals have created their own celebrity in the Rodeo and Bullriding industry.

The American BullRiders Tour is proud to be affiliated this year with a wonderful and worthwhile charity sponsored by the Franklin Firefighters.
Each year the Firefighters hold a toy and clothing drive to benefit the community. The charity was founded in 2008 to assist unfortunate children so that they may have Christmas.
While the holiday season is rapidly approaching, please be charitable so others less fortunate may know, "the reason for the season."

Franklin hammered Soddy Daisy, 7-1, to sweep into the finals of the TSSAA Class AAA Girls State Soccer Tournament last night in Chattanooga.
