Two things we learned from Franklin's 51-35 beatdown of visiting Hendersonville last night in the My TV 30 Thursday Night Lights televised game:

 

1) Watch out for Franklin in the second half. The Rebels racked up 41 points in the second half, 27 in the fourth quarter, to even their record at 1-1. Last week Franklin fell 35-30 at Top 25-ranked Siegel but stormed back in the second half after trailing 28-3 at intermission.

 

2) Williamson County teams shine on Thursday night TV. Last week Brentwood won the Thursday Night Lights game, 21-7 at Cookeville.

 

Matt Kuivinen ran for one touchdown and threw for three scores for the Rebels.
