If you’ve not seen Walker yet you need too, in his own words he’s “freaken’ awesome”. Born and raised in Mobile AL, Walker's passion and talent for music was passed down and nurtured by his father, a retired Baptist Music Minister. In 1998, Walker headed to Birmingham where he earned a degree in music (with an emphasis in piano) from Birmingham-Southern College. He returned to Mobile long enough to marry his high school sweetheart and break the news to friends and family that they were moving to Music City. Four years is hardly a week in "music business" years but Walker's talent & work ethic have carried him much further than most expect to have come in such a short time. "I can't decide when my 'big break' is going to happen, but I can always write myself one song closer. I always have the opportunity to hone my craft." Walker is currently in his third year as a staff writer for TMG (The Music Group, Int.), formerly Killen Music Group.
