Family First Martial Arts is excited to announce new classes at A-Game!
Martial Arts BASICS class (All ages)
Mondays 5:45 - 6:30 p.m.
This is a free class for A-Game Members
Karate Kids (ages 8-12)
Our Kids Program at Family First provides the opportunity for your child to learn martial arts in a comfortable but challenging atmosphere. The curriculum is a blend of martial arts styles with a focus on respect, self-discipline and leadership. Your child will be able to use these skills in every aspect of their life.

Adults and Teens (ages 13 and up)
The adult curriculum is a blend of various martial arts, designed to give students the best and most complete instruction possible. Each discipline contributes a unique aspect to your training, making you a well-rounded martial artist. By linking these arts together, our program gradually guides you toward improved fitness and realistic self-defense.

Little Dragons (Ages 4-7)
The curriculum in these classes allows students to learn the basics of martial arts and self defense, while having fun with their peers at the same time. Along with physical drills of coordination and balance, we also teach principles of concentration, self-discipline and respectful behavior. Parents tell us they notice an improvement in their child’s behavior and performance at school and at home.
