Heading South from Nashville via I-65 -- Take I-65 to the Cool Springs Boulevard West (68B) exit. Stay on Cool Springs Boulevard until it dead ends at Mack Hatcher Parkway. Turn right at the stoplight.

Turn left on Franklin Road (first stoplight). The Factory is about a mile down on your left. Watch for the big water tower with the Factory logo. You will also see the very tall smokestack that rises from the back of the Boiler Room Theatre building.

Make the first left into The Factory complex at the Marketplace street sign (before The Flying Horse restaurant) and follow the driveway into the parking lot ahead. Once in the lot, you will see the Boiler Room Theatre building on your right, with a large numeral six at the peak of the roof. Also look for the huge smokestack which comes off the back of our building.
