Military Children's Camp

For over 11 years, The Carter House has provided a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for future historians. In 2008 we had forty-nine boys and girls (ages 6-13) attend and learned what life was like 150 years ago.  The campers learned about the lives of the men and women who were affected by the Civil War. 

The kids are already looking forward to next summer's camp (2010). 
The 2010 session will be:

Friday July 16 - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Saturday July 17 - 12 noon to 7:00 pm
