She has a voice that would leave Simon Cowell speechless. Rebecca Correia is a singer/songwriter from the little town of Rochester, Massachusetts where she grew up on a horse farm, surrounded by nature at its best. Rebecca has been writing songs since the age of nine and has now written more than 200 songs. Rebecca has released 5 cds. Rebecca graduated from The Hartt School of Music in May of 2003 with a degree in Music Education, Vocal Emphasis. Rebecca has opened for artists such as Shawn Colvin, Melissa Ferrick, Livingston Taylor, Vance Gilbert, Cliff Eberhardt, Tracy Bonham, Freedy Johnston, Reel Big Fish, Black Eyed Peas, Raining Jane and Lucy Kaplansky.
Guitar player, singer, studio musician, songwriter, producer only begin to describe Jack Pearson. He is a truly gifted musician, former Allman Brothers Band guitarist, he has also worked with Jimmy Buffett, Chris LeDoux, Mac McAnally, Bobby Bland, Groove Holmes, and the list goes on!
Rob Robinson and the Dixie UnderRunners’ CD, “When Pigs Fly” is full up with the earthy Rhythm Oil that only comes from Mississippi Mud. The jump country blues of “Cane Pole Fishing” opens the CD with a humorous romp about a boy obsessed with fishing. Rob’s unique slide guitar style shines on this and the following title track “When Pigs Fly”. “When Pigs Fly” is born from a funky backward country optimism that Dwight Yoakum would love. Track #3 “That’s Just Like You” has a country beatlesque melody that always demands another listen.
