Appetizer
Brie cheese

Paired with Blanche De Bruxelles Belgian White
This light wheat beer usually contains light, aromatic spices and a hint of citrus. Best food pairing option: High quality, Brie cheese is all you need to pair with this beer for a delicious tasting. If you are looking for something a bit more filling than cheese alone, try the hearty combination of cheese and potatoes in a traditional, in Belgium called Tartiflette

Salad
Belgian Onion soup with Parmesan cheese and French Bread
Paired with Blaugies Saison D’epeautre Saison
a medium – bodied, highly hopped, spicy and citrusy ale

Entrée
Belgian style roasted Chicken, Delicious, Succulent, Juicy and Tender
Paired with Saison Dupont Farmhouse Ale
When they say Farmhouse, they aren’t kidding! I’m not much for barns and farm animals, but if there was a good way to describe all of these aromas, they are in this beer. Think a musty farmhouse, but yet still really attractive with a lighter body and a sharp front palette. It has some traditional Belgian bitterness, but is smooth with a dry finish. An excellently crafted beer this is a real treat. It’s light, but able to stand up to heartier dishes and is very unique

Desert
Lindeman Frambois
Framboise pours an amazingly deep reddish pink, with a very creamy pink head that subsides quickly and leaves little in the way of lacing. It’s a very bubbly beer, almost more like champagne than a beer. Served in a 10 oz beer glass, the comparison to champagne is even more noticeable. The aroma is intensely raspberry, and it’s definitely a “real raspberry” smell, not a candy-like or artificial raspberry perfume. It’s nicely sweet, but like raspberries is also tart, so that the aroma is not overpowering.
