We're excited to have our Rising Star 2 winning writer, John Smith, back with us tonight! Before moving to Nashville, he played and recorded for ten years with The Dexateens, a critically acclaimed Alabama rock band. Songs co-written by John have been heard on a handful of television shows and a lot of college radio stations. John is told that his music with The Dexateens is popular in Spain but he can't confirm that. He is currently writing and playing full-time in Nashville.
