Signup by Dec. 1 for seniors' Wassail tour to Belmont Mansion
Seniors, age 55 and older, are invited to join the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department on Thursday, December 8 for a trip to Nashville to visit the Belmont Mansion for a Wassail tour!
It’s a fantastic way to celebrate the season! The trip will start with brunch at the Puffy Muffin! After brunch the fun continues at the Belmont Mansion.
Upon our arrival we will learn about the history of Wassail, other southern holiday traditions, and enjoy tasting a variety of wassail. Appetizers such as cheese balls, cookies and other finger foods will be part of this delightful experience. Our fun afternoon concludes with a tour of the beautifully decorated Mansion, with time to visit the gift shop. Do not miss out on this great start to a wonderful holiday season!
