Dave Clark – For years Dave has had an increasing passion for wines.  As the owner of the Franklin Wine & Spirits, he continues to learn more and more through extensive reading, tasting, research and visiting wineries.  His passion led him to add a wine cellar in his home several years ago and thus has reviewed thousands of wines in making his selections for his personal cellar.  Culminating his desire to learn more about wines, Dave attended classes, studied, tasted more wines, and after passing the exam, became a certified sommelier (a trained professional in wine) by the United States Sommelier Association. He is now utilizing this information to assist customers in making just the right choices.  Besides the sommelier certification, Dave has an MBA from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University.

Andrew Clark – As Franklin Wine & Spirits in-house high gravity beer and spirits guru, Andrew has both the knowledge and wherewithal to assist customers in their search for a beverage of their liking.  His previous work experience in both wine and spirits retail and restaurant locations, gives Andrew a solid background to provide selection advice to our customers.  In addition, he spends his free time crafting and brewing his own beer and adding bottles to his growing collection of single malt Scotches.  Andrew received his Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.

Gino DeSalvatore – Gino brings his knowledge and love for wine to Franklin Wine & Spirits.  Tasting wines from Italy, France, California and other areas, Gino is able to help increase the knowledge of many budding wine enthusiasts.  Gino helps wine lovers understand the wine process, helps with the classification system of wines and helps to navigate the many varieties of wines in the marketplace today.  Gino obtained an MS from Indiana University and did post graduate work at Harvard University.

Joe Wilson – Joe brings his experience from working in wine and spirits retail locations to Franklin Wine & Spirits.  With an excellent knowledge of both spirits and high gravity beers, Joe can help you make just the right selection.  Don’t hesitate to ask Joe about our wine selections either as he can guide you in the right direction for just the right wine to go with your dinner.  Joe graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science.
